Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize and\ncongratulate Paula McKinney-Rainey, both a constituent of mine and a\nvalued member of my staff, as she retires from the House of\nRepresentatives next month.\n  Paula is a proud Philadelphian and is an alumnus of Penn State\nUniversity, as well as an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha. Prior to\njoining my office in 2015, she had extensive experience working in\nstate and local governments as well as the nonprofit sector in a\nvariety of capacities. Paula was a Management Analyst in the County of\nLos Angeles Chief Administration Office before spending several years\nserving Pennsylvanians in roles with the Pennsylvania Department of\nCommunity and Economic Development and the Governor's Office of Housing\nand Community Revitalization.\n  Through Paula's almost eleven years of service in my office, she has\nhelped thousands of constituents with a variety of issues. Through her\nextraordinary efforts, Paula has demonstrated outstanding care and\nempathy for those she serves. Over the years, she has also been an\nindispensable community representative on my behalf, providing\ncountless constituents and stakeholders with information on how our\noffice and their government can help them in their moment of need.\n  In addition to her role in my office, Paula is also a longtime\ndedicated community leader. For more than twenty years, she has served\nas a Philadelphia Committeeperson in the city's 61st Ward, working\nthirteen hour days at polling stations every Election Day to help\neducate voters.\n  Mr. Speaker, I hope all my colleagues will join me to congratulate\nPaula on her retirement, thank her for her exceptional career as a\ncivil servant, and commend her on her unwavering commitment to not just\nthe City of Philadelphia, but to our entire Nation.\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2026-03-02-pt1-PgE171-2"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.38947700522840023, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
