Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate\nproceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 310, S. 2245.\n  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.\n  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:\n\n       A bill (S. 2245) to amend the Digital Coast Act to improve\n     the acquisition, integration, and accessibility of data of\n     the Digital Coast program and to extend the program.\n\n  The PRESIDING OFFICER. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded\nto consider the bill, which had\n\n[[Page S716]]\n\nbeen reported from the Committee on Commerce, Science, and\nTransportation with an amendment to strike all after the enacting\nclause and insert the part printed in italic, as follows:\n\n                                S. 2245\n\n       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of\n     the United States of America in Congress assembled,\n\n     SECTION 1. ACQUISITION, INTEGRATION, AND ACCESSIBILITY OF\n                   DATA OF DIGITAL COAST PROGRAM.\n\n       Section 4 of the Digital Coast Act (16 U.S.C. 1467) is\n     amended--\n       (1) in subsection (b)(1), by inserting ``and fully and\n     freely available'' after ``readily accessible'';\n       (2) in subsection (d)--\n       (A) in paragraph (3)--\n       (i) in subparagraph (D), by inserting ``, including data\n     related to underground infrastructure and subsurface\n     utilities'' after ``data''; and\n       (ii) in subparagraph (H), by striking ``and'';\n       (B) in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and\n     inserting ``; and''; and\n       (C) by adding at the end the following:\n       ``(5) limit trainings to technical instruction in the use\n     of data and tools provided under this section.''; and\n       (3) in subsection (g), by striking ``2025'' and inserting\n     ``2030''.\n  Mr. BANKS. I ask unanimous consent that the committee-reported\nsubstitute amendment be considered and agreed to; that the bill, as\namended, be considered read a third time and passed; and that the\nmotion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.\n  The PRESIDING OFFICER.
