Mr. Speaker, I rise to recognize the grand\nopening of the Aledo Municipal Complex in Aledo, Texas on January 10,\n2026. Aledo, the oldest city in Parker County, began as a farming\nsettlement and was later incorporated in 1963. This new facility\nrepresents an important milestone in the city's continued growth and\ndevelopment.\n  The Aledo Municipal Complex brings essential city services together\nunder one roof, thoughtfully combining accessibility with contemporary\ndesign. The use of carefully selected materials pays tribute to Aledo's\nrural roots and reflects the city's motto, Rich Heritage, Dynamic\nFuture.
