Mr. Speaker, I rise today to congratulate\nMiguelina Camilo on her historic appointment as Chief of Staff in the\nNew York City Council Speaker's Office. This is not only a personal\nachievement, but a milestone for the Bronx, for New York City, and for\nthe Dominican-American community that helped shape her journey.\n  Most recently, Miguelina served as Counsel to Speaker Heastie of the\nNew York State Assembly, where she played critical roles in overseeing\nlegislative initiatives, coordinating across agencies, and engaging\nwith community members. She was key in leading discussions with the\nExecutive on funding much needed discovery reform. Her work\nstrengthened our justice system and delivered real results for New\nYorkers.\n  Before that, Miguelina was a transformative leader in the nonprofit\nand legal community--serving as President of the Bronx Chapter of 100\nHispanic Women, the Bronx Women's Bar Association, and the Dominican\nBar Association. She mentored young people, elevated legal\nprofessionals, and set a standard of excellence grounded in integrity\nand service.\n  Miguelina Camilo has spent a lifetime serving her city. I have no\ndoubt she will bring the same dedication and rigor to the Speaker's\nOffice. New York City is better for it.\n\n[[Page E155]]\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2026-02-23-pt1-PgE154-3"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.39789918810129166, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
