Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor a\nremarkable Bronxite and an extraordinary public servant, Randi Martos.\n  Randi is a lifelong resident of Riverdale, a proud product of our\npublic schools, PS 24, MS 141, and the Bronx High School of Science.\nHer love for community was born and raised in the Bronx, and deepened\nas she raised her son, determined to ensure that he and every child\nwould have access to the very best our borough has to offer. Today, of\nall her titles, the one she cherishes most is Grandma.\n  For more than 25 years, Randi has been a force for good in our\nborough. As Democratic District Leader for the 81st Assembly District,\nshe served with distinction. As Chief of Staff to Assemblyman Jeffrey\nDinowitz, she helped lead both district and Albany operations with\nskill and integrity.\n  But perhaps her greatest legacy lies in our public schools. When\nparents demanded a local high school option, Randi led the charge to\ntransform MS 141 into what is now the Riverdale Kingsbridge Academy,\nchanging the lives of future generations. She went on to become the\nlongest-serving Parents Association President in the Academy's history.\n  From her leadership in local co-ops to her tireless community\nactivism and her unwavering loyalty to the Bronx Bombers, Randi Martos\nembodies the very best of the Bronx and we are better because of her\nservice.\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2026-02-23-pt1-PgE153-2"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.49290317110717297, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
