No. 119-111) S. 337, to amend title 49, United States Code, to clarify the authority of the Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration relating to the shipping of household goods. No. 119-112) Pages S625-26 Escort Committee--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that the Presiding Officer of the Senate be authorized to appoint a committee on the part of the Senate to join with a like committee on the part of the House of Representatives to escort the President of the United States into the House Chamber for the joint session to be held at 9 p.m., on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Page S625 DeLeeuw Nomination--Cloture: Senate began consideration of the nomination of John DeLeeuw, of Texas, to be a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board.
