Over the past 47 years, the Latino Chamber of\nCommerce of Pueblo has grown into a well-respected and accomplished\norganization that continues to support and strengthen small businesses\nin the Pueblo community.\n  I congratulate this year's awardees: Caitlin Alcon, for the Victor\nNavarro Outstanding Board Member of the Year; Dr. Chato Hazelbaker for\nthe Gil Sanchez Outstanding Professional of the Year; Pueblo City-\nCounty Library District, for the Lorraine K. Salas Outstanding\nCommunity Partner of the Year; Vectra Bank Colorado, Outstanding\nCorporate Member of the Year; Rebecca Gomez, Gil Padilla Outstanding\nAmbassador of the Year; El Pomar Foundation, Outstanding Non-Profit\nMember of the Year; and Freddie Martinez Agency, for the Joseph P.\nRoybal Outstanding Small Business of the Year.\n  I congratulate all the awardees and to the Chamber for their tireless\nefforts in the Pueblo community.
