S. 2544, to permit State, local, and Tribal law enforcement agencies and grantees that receive eligible Federal grant funds to use such funds for investigating elder financial fraud, pig butchering, and general financial fraud, and to clarify that Federal law enforcement agencies may assist State, local, and Tribal law enforcement agencies in the use of tracing tools for blockchain and related technology. Page S533 Measures Passed: National Stalking Awareness Month: Committee on the Judiciary was discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 586, raising awareness and encouraging the prevention of stalking by designating January 2026 as ``National Stalking Awareness Month'', and the resolution was then agreed to. Page S537 Burrows Nomination--Agreement: Senate resumed consideration of the nomination of Daniel E. Burrows, of Colorado, to be an Assistant Attorney General.
