Page S419 Measures Reported: S. 2245, to amend the Digital Coast Act to improve the acquisition, integration, and accessibility of data of the Digital Coast program and to extend the program, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute. (S. Rept. No. 119-100) Page S419 Measures Passed: Consolidated Appropriations Act: By 71 yeas to 29 nays (Vote No. 20), Senate passed H.R. 7148, making further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, after agreeing to the motion to proceed, and after taking action on the following amendments proposed thereto: Pages S401-16 Adopted: Collins Amendment No. 4273, to provide continuing appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security. Subsequently, the point of order against the amendment pursuant to section 306 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, was sustained, and the amendment thus fell.
