The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, relative to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 3, to urge Congress to make changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act to allow a person under 16 years of age to be employed between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. during the school year; to the Committee on Education and Workforce. ML-32. Also, a memorial of the Legislature of the State of Texas, relative to House Concurrent Resolution 35, urging the United States Congress to amend the Internal Revenue Code to make spaceports eligible for tax-exempt private activity bonds; to the Committee on Ways and Means.
