The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Senate of the State of Ohio, relative to Senate Concurrent Resolution Number 2, urging Ohio electric utility stakeholders, the Governor, and the Congress of the United Sates to invest resources into the security, reliability, and resiliency of the state and national interconnected electric grids against natural and man-made threats; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce. ML-28. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of California, relative to Senate Joint Resolution No. 4, urging the administration of President Donald J. Trump and the Congress of the United States to rescind the National Institutes of Health funding cuts; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce. ML-29. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of the State of New Hampshire, relative to House Resolution 15, urging New Hampshire's congressional representatives to advocate for a change in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's policy; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce. ML-30. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of California, relative to Senate Joint Resolution No. 1, stating that all applications previously made by the legislature of the State of California to call a convention proposing amendments to the are hereby rescinded, nullified and superseded; to the Committee on the Judiciary. ____________________
