The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Senate of\n     the State of Alaska, relative to Senate Joint Resolution No.\n     10, encouraging the United States Congress to award Hmong\n     veterans of the Vietnam War the Congressional Gold Medal; to\n     the Committee on Financial Services.\n       ML-24. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of\n     Alaska, relative to Senate Joint Resolution No. 16, urging\n     the United States Congress to pass the Ensuring Lasting\n     Smiles Act; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.\n       ML-25.
