The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, relative to House Resolution No. 147, to urge Congress to establish a special committee to investigate the East Palestine, Ohio train derailment and the federal Environmental Protection Agency's response to it.; to the Committee on Rules. ML-11. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of Alaska, relative to Senate Resolution No. 3, urging the United States Congress to grant American Samoans the ability to serve as commissioned officers in the uniformed services of the United States and the right to vote in federal elections.; jointly to the Committees on Armed Services and House Administration. ____________________ |
