Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the following\nmotions to commit for the bill H.R. 1 be placed in the Congressional\nRecord:\n\n       1. Motion to commit to the Committee on Agriculture,\n     Nutrition, and Forestry with instructions to strike all\n     provisions relating to the supplemental nutrition assistance\n     program.\n       2. Motion to commit the bill to the Committee on\n     Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry to prohibit the Forest\n     Service from terminating any USFS employees who are certified\n     to fight wildfire unless the employee violated Forest Service\n     policy.\n       3. Motion to commit the bill to the committee on Judiciary\n     to provide increased resources for the COPS Hiring Program.\n       4. Motion to Commit drafted to the Finance Committee to\n     provide greater incentives for US-based manufacturers that\n     develop and manufacture their products in the United States.\n       5. Motion to commit to the Finance Committee that ensures\n     Medicaid is accessible, including to pregnant women and\n     children, including by not providing monies or incentives for\n     imposing barriers that reduce necessary access to health care\n       6. Motion to commit providing more Medicaid resources for\n     people with substance use disorder and other behavioral\n     health conditions\n       7. Motion to Commit to the Finance Committee to increase\n     the standard deduction for individuals making $200k and\n     married/joint filers at $400K\n       8. Motion to commit the bill to the Committee on Homeland\n     Security and Government Affairs to prohibit the use of any\n     funds made available in the bill to eliminate or reduce\n     resources at FEMA.\n       9. A motion to commit the bill to the Committee on Homeland\n     Security and Government Affairs to prohibit the use of any\n     funds made available in the bill to decrease access to the\n     Nonprofit Security Grant Program.\n       10. Motion to commit the bill to the Committee on Homeland\n     Security and Government Affairs to prohibit the use of any\n     funds made available in the bill to activities that would\n     limit access to firefighter grants\n       11. Motion to commit the bill to Energy and Natural\n     Resources to ensure that the title prevents the sale of oil\n     and gas from\n\n[[Page S4081]]\n\n     public lands to Foreign Entities of Concern (China, Russia,\n     Iran, North Korea).\n       12. Motion to commit the bill to Energy and Natural\n     Resources to ensure that they prohibit the sale of leases for\n     oil and gas on public lands to any company that has an\n     existing and unused lease.\n       13. Motion to commit the bill to Energy and Natural\n     Resources to ensure that any public land sales are not used\n     for homes above $500k or secondary/vacation homes.\n       14. A motion to commit the bill to the Committee on Armed\n     Services to prohibit the use of any funds made available\n     under title II of the bill to upgrade a plane gifted by the\n     government of Qatar for use by the United States Government\n     in the Air Force One fleet.\n       15. Motion to commit the bill to the Commerce Committee to\n     ensure that Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment funding\n     is used to connect every home, business, library, and school\n     to high-speed, reliable, and affordable broadband before that\n     funding can be used for artificial intelligence\n     infrastructure\n       16. Motion to commit the bill to the Senate Committee on\n     Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry with changes that would\n     provide permanent, mandatory investments in the Foundation\n     for Food and Agriculture Research, which uses Federal funding\n     to leverage private funding in support of cutting-edge\n     agriculture research.\n       17. Motion to commit the bill to the Senate Committee on\n     Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry with changes that would\n     make strong investments in specialty crop farmers, including\n     improved risk management options, protections against\n     invasive pests and diseases, increased funding for the\n     Specialty Crop Block Grant Program, and investments in\n     research, including mechanization and automation research.\n       18. Motion to commit the bill to the Senate Committee on\n     Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry with changes that would\n     prohibit the Secretary of Agriculture from using any funding\n     to create a system of personally identifying information of\n     supplemental nutrition assistance program household\n     information, as described in the notice published by the\n     Department of Agriculture entitled ``Privacy Act of 1974;\n     System of Records'' (90 Fed.
