Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the following\nMotions to Commit for the bill H.R. 1 be placed in the Congressional\nRecord:\n\n       Motion to Commit With Instructions\n       Mr. Coons moves to commit the bill H.R. 1 to the Committee\n     on Finance of the Senate with instructions to report the same\n     back to the Senate in 3 days, not counting any day on which\n     the Senate is not in session, with changes that--\n       (1) are within the jurisdiction of such committee; and\n       (2) would remove provisions stripping individuals in the\n     United States of the Federal benefits to which they are\n     entitled, by methods including but not limited to the\n     creation of new administrative burdens and paperwork\n     requirements.\n       Motion to Commit With Instructions\n       Mr. Coons moves to commit the bill H.R. 1 to the Committee\n     on Finance of the Senate with instructions to report the same\n     back to the Senate in 3 days, not counting any day on which\n     the Senate is not in session, with changes that--\n       (1) are within the jurisdiction of such committee; and\n       (2) would cause the bill to not increase the deficit for\n     the period of fiscal years 2025 through 2034.\n       Motion to Commit With Instructions\n       Mr. Coons moves to commit the bill H.R. 1 to the Committee\n     on the Judiciary of the Senate with instructions to report\n     the same back to the Senate in 3 days, not counting any day\n     on which the Senate is not in session, with changes that--\n       (1) are within the jurisdiction of such committee; and\n       (2) would apply the conflict-of-interest requirements\n     established under section 208 of title 18, United States\n     Code, to the President and the Vice President.\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2025-06-28-pt1-PgS3677-3"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 26.689679827541113, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
