Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the following motions to commit for the bill H.R. 1 be printed in the Congressional Record: A motion to commit the bill to the Committee on Finance to strike chapter 1 of subtitle B of title VII; A motion to commit the bill to the Committee on Finance to strike provisions that reduce or eliminate Medicaid benefits or shift costs to States; A motion to commit the bill to the Committee on Finance to increase the Federal medical assistance percentage to 90 percent for all Medicaid beneficiaries; and A motion to commit the bill to the Committee on Finance to ensure the bill increases average, annual, after-tax-and- transfer resources for each of the bottom three deciles of households by income in each year from 2026 through 2034. ____________________ |
