Pursuant to section 3 of House Resolution 499, H. Res. 492 is hereby adopted. The text of the resolution is as follows: H. Res. 492 Resolved, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall, in the engrossment of the bill H.R. 1, make the following corrections: (1) In section 10004(a), strike ``(1) standard utility allowance.--Section'' and insert ``Section''.
