Res. 61. Joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to ``National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Rubber Tire Manufacturing''. The enrolled joint resolution was subsequently signed by the President pro tempore (Mr. Grassley) ____ At 11:35 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the Senate: H.R. 276. An act to rename the Gulf of Mexico as the ``Gulf of America''. H.R. 881. An act to establish Department of Homeland Security funding restrictions on institutions of higher education that have a relationship with Confucius Institutes, and for other purposes. H.R. 1503. An act to combat forced organ harvesting and trafficking in persons for purposes of the removal of organs, and for other purposes. The message also announced that the House has agreed to the following concurrent resolution, without amendment: S. Con. Res. 12. Concurrent resolution authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to the United States Army Rangers Veterans of World War II. ____________________
