Pages S1459-60 Measures Reported: S. 331, to amend the Controlled Substances Act with respect to the scheduling of fentanyl-related substances, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute. Page S1459 Measures Considered: Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act: Senate resumed consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 9, to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.
