Mr. HICKENLOOPER submitted an amendment intended to be\n\n[[Page S1261]]\n\nproposed by him to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 7, setting\nforth the congressional budget for the United States Government for\nfiscal year 2025 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for\nfiscal years 2026 through 2034; which was ordered to lie on the table;\nas follows:\n\n       At the end of title III, add the following:\n\n     SEC. 3___. DEFICIT-NEUTRAL RESERVE FUND RELATING TO\n                   SUPPORTING FINANCIAL SECURITY FOR MILITARY\n                   FAMILIES.\n\n       The Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate\n     may revise the allocations of a committee or committees,\n     aggregates, and other appropriate levels in this resolution,\n     and make adjustments to the pay-as-you-go ledger, for one or\n     more bills, joint resolutions, amendments, amendments between\n     the Houses, motions, or conference reports relating to\n     supporting the financial security of military families, which\n     may include safety net programs that provide housing,\n     childcare, or food access, by the amounts provided in such\n     legislation for those purposes, provided that such\n     legislation would not increase the deficit over the period of\n     the total of fiscal years 2025 through 2034.\n                                 ______"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2025-02-20-pt1-PgS1260-8"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 14.585793949663639, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
