Mrs. MURRAY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by\n\n[[Page S1255]]\n\nher to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 7, setting forth the\ncongressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year\n2025 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal\nyears 2026 through 2034; which was ordered to lie on the table; as\nfollows:\n\n       At the end of title III, add the following:\n\n     SEC. 3___.
