Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to take from the Speaker's table the bill (H.R. 1923) to amend title 31, United States Code, to require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue certain circulating collectible coins, and for other purposes, with the Senate amendment thereto, and concur in the Senate amendment. The Clerk read the title of the bill. The SPEAKER. The Clerk will report the Senate amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Senate amendment: At the end, add the following: SEC. 8. COST. No coin or medal minted and issued under this Act, or an amendment made by this Act, may be sold at a price such that would result in a net cost to the Federal Government. Mrs. DINGELL (during the reading). Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to dispense with the reading of the amendment. The SPEAKER.
