Madam Speaker, I was unavoidably detained on September 11, 2019 during roll call no. 520, On Agreeing to the Amendment, Gosar of Arizona Part B Amendment No. 3, as Modified, to H.R. 205, Protecting and Serving Florida's Coastline Act. Had I been present, I would have voted ``no.'' I was also unavoidably detained during roll call no. 521, On Passage of H.R. 205, Protecting and Securing Florida's Coastline Act of 2019. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea.'' I was also unavoidably detained during roll call no. 522, On Agreeing to the Amendment, Gosar of Arizona Part F Amendment No. 2 to H.R. 1941, Coastal and Marine Economies Protection Act. Had I been present, I would have voted ``no.''
