Mr. Speaker, I rise today to celebrate one of the great\nreligious institutions in my district, the Lincoln Park Jewish Center\nlocated in Yonkers. This year, the Center is celebrating its remarkable\n80th Anniversary and I would like to take the opportunity to recognize\nthat feat in Congress.\n  Lincoln Park Jewish Center is an inclusive, modern Orthodox Jewish\ncongregation that strives to create spiritual growth through prayer,\nacceptance, community and fellowship. To achieve this goal, the\nsynagogue supports the following: HaMakom Tefilah, a place to increase\nspirituality with heartfelt prayer by encouraging personal growth\nthrough participation, self-reflection, and spontaneity; HaMakom Ahavat\nChinam, unconditional love and acceptance, regardless of background or\ncurrent level of observance; HaMakom Limud Torah, a place to search and\nstudy Torah leading to a more fulfilling Jewish life; and HaMakom\nSimcha, a place to enjoy and celebrate.\n  The congregation at Lincoln Park Jewish Center is currently led by\nRabbi Levi Welton, who was ordained by the prestigious Machon Ariel\nInstitute of Jerusalem in 2005 and has since then served congregations\nin Australia, San Francisco, and, of course, Yonkers New York. His\npastoral experiences include young professional development, inter-\nfaith work, community building and multimedia production. Additionally,\nRabbi Welton is the Founder of the Torah Values Network, a staff writer\nfor New York Jewish Life Magazine, and a Captain in the United States\nAir Force.\n  The Lincoln Park Jewish Center has provided incredible support to its\ncongregants and the community for 80 years now. Here's to 80 more.\nCongratulations to Rabbi Welton and the entire Lincoln Park Jewish\nCenter family on this great occasion.\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2018-12-31-pt1-PgE1740-2"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.35506486892700195, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
