An act to require agencies to submit reports on outstanding recommendations in the annual budget justification submitted to Congress. S. 2652. An act to award a Congressional Gold Medal to Stephen Michael Gleason. S. 2679. An act to provide access to and manage the distribution of excess or surplus property to veteran-owned small businesses. S. 2765.
