The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 4030) to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 18640 NW 2nd Avenue in Miami, Florida, as the ``Father Richard Marquess-Barry Post Office Building.'' There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill. Mr. PRYOR. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be read a third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
