U.N. MANDATE FOR IRAQ Committee on Foreign Affairs: Subcommittee on International Organizations, Human Rights, and Oversight held a hearing on Renewing the United Nations Mandate for Iraq: Plans and Prospects. BILL REQUIREMENTS Committee on Veterans' Affairs: On November 18, the Subcommittee on Economic Opportunity held a hearing on VA's Short- and Long-Term Strategies for Implementing New G.I.
