Mr. Speaker, I proudly pause to recognize Bradley Keeney,\na very special young man who has exemplified the finest qualities of\ncitizenship and leadership by taking an active part in the Boy Scouts\nof America, Troop 357, and in earning the most prestigious award of\nEagle Scout.\n  Bradley has been very active with his troop, participating in many\nscout activities. Over the many years Bradley has been involved with\nScouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the\nrespect of his family, peers, and community. It is with extreme\npleasure that I commend the dedication Bradley has shown.\n  Mr. Speaker, I proudly ask you to join me in commending Bradley for\nhis accomplishments with the Boy Scouts of America and for his efforts\nput forth in achieving the highest distinction of Eagle Scout.
