An act making appropriations for foreign\n     operations, export financing, and related programs for the\n     fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, and for other\n     purposes.\n           December 10, 2004:\n       H.R. 2655. An act to amend and extend the Irish Peace\n     Process Cultural and Training Program Act of 1998.\n       H.R. 4302.
