ROBERT MENENDEZ\n\n                             of new jersey\n\n                    in the house of representatives\n\n                       Monday, December 20, 2004\n\n  Mr. MENENDEZ. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor Nancy Kist for her\noutstanding leadership and contributions to her community. Ms. Kist was\nhonored as a distinguished alumna at the Harvest Ball Sixth Annual\nSaint Dominic Academy Gala on November 13, 2004, in Lincoln Park, New\nJersey.\n  Throughout the years, Ms. Kist has served the citizens of Bayonne in\na variety of capacities. She has contributed greatly to the city's\ndevelopment by serving as general counsel of the Bayonne Local\nRedevelopment Authority and as a member of the law department. Among\nother accomplishments, Ms. Kist was instrumental in the redevelopment\nof the Military Ocean Terminal, which has become the Peninsula at\nBayonne Harbor.
