Mr. President, as the Chair has advised, the Senate will\nbe in a period of morning business today while awaiting the final\nappropriations bill from the House. The Senate was expected to consider\nthe final package shortly after noon today. However, the vote is now\nexpected to occur sometime later this afternoon. Senators will be\nupdated throughout the day on the voting schedule.\n  Following the vote, the Senate is expected to complete its business\nto wrap up the 106th Congress.
