An act to approve and implement the trade agreements concluded in the Uruguay round of multilateral trade negotiations. Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 5, 1993, the enrolled bill was signed on December 2, 1994, subsequent to sine die adjournment of the Senate by the President pro tempore (Mr. Byrd). ____________________
