Rendition: Urged U.S. to comply with its obligations not to return or transfer persons to countries where they are likely to be tortured and to strengthen those obligations. Russia: Urged President Bush to raise human rights issues in summit with Putin. Rwanda: Urged U.S. government to raise concerns with Rwanda about possible military intervention in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
