Liberland is located between Croatia and Serbia. Liberland is the first blockchain-based country in the world. ATOLLetc would like to be transparent that Liberland is a foreign entity. However, as it works towards its global recognition, Liberland is not a country of option in the Senate system to note as a foreign entity. Liberland has citizens located all over the world and throughout the United States. In terms of civil rights, the local Croatian peoples have been using their power to destroy and confiscate the personal property of the settlers who currently reside in the land space that is not claimed by Croatia. Additionally, illegal surveillance and the banning of citizens from entering who are not citizens of the EU have been met with law enforcement and arrest. We are not assuming that this is supported by the Croatian government and that these are local actions.
