Wrote and filed PPS comment letter to CMS re: 2021 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule.\n\nEngaged with lawmakers and their staff as well as CMS in order to achieve Medicare coverage of PT provided via telehealth.  Advised clients on the impacts of COVID-19 related legislation such as FFCRA, CARES (the PPP and other features), PPPFA, etc.  Asked for Congressional action to clarifiy desire for PPP loan forgiveness to be tax free and highlighted the tax implications of not allowing for forgiven PPP expenses to also be tax deductible.  Sent letter to Congressional leadership asking that Provider Relief Fund payments be tax free.
