CFI supports the right of every person to secular addiction recovery services that support Medication-Assisted Treatment. In the 1st Quarter of 2019, CFI lobbied for a small portion of the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant program appropriation to be dedicated to develop the capacity and infrastructure of evidence-based mutual aid recovery support programs that support Medication-Assisted Treatment.
