We discussed financing and structural changes that we believe would improve the Federal Aviation Administration, along with provisions we'd like to see left out of the bill. We discussed that the all-cargo segment of the industry pays approximately 6% into the system and uses 6% of the services, any new legislation should not increase this substantially. Issues we would like to kept out of the bill include applying the Part 117 rest rules to all-cargo pilots, anything on Open Skies, and anything changing the current international harmonization of lithium battery transport standards.
