The Accompanying Language to the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2015 included a recommendation under the Centers for Disease Control Prevention Environmental Health section that encourages CDC to work with the private sector in promoting harmonization. AACC mentioned its intent to develop and circulate a legislative proposal to satisfy that recommendation. AACC also expressed its support for federal efforts to advance personalized medicine with House, Senate and White House personnel.
