We are also concerned about the increase in government contracts that use foreign carriers for U.S. military cargo shipping and contracts for maintenance and repair of U.S. Government aircraft that are awarded to foreign MROs. The challenge of proposed new regulations on methods for cargo loading in 747 aircraft may also cause a shift of this business to foreign carriers. We are also working to address that as well.
