At the moment, there are ridiculous wait times for Native American patients that require immediate health care. The attrition rate for one specific facility in Tulsa Oklahoma, is incredibly high. Most providers or Doctors that come to work for the facility are in deep debt. Normally they stay for a year and since there is no retention bonus or any forgiveness of debt, they leave. This puts care at a stand still and reverses the purpose of Indian Health. Wait lists as long as 3 months are normal. This is a crisis and I would like to see our Senators take action.
