Support efforts to rescind proposed coding offset provisions included in CMS' FY 2013 proposed IPPS rule. This proposed provision combines a 2.7 percent reduction to the market basket for documentation and coding adjustments, which is comprised of 1.9 percent for 2008 and 2009 and 0.8 percent for 2010.
