Amend title 38, United States Code, to extend the period in which members of the uniformed services may transfer entitlement to educational assistance under Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program, and for other purposes.\n\nGuardsmen and Reservists Post 9/11 GI Bill Parity\n\nMembers of the Army National Guard do not receive adequate credit for education benefits during deployments. Before October 1, 2016, the U.S. Army Human Resources Command interpreted Title 38 U.S.C.  3301(1)(B) to include only mobilization, contingency, Active Duty Operation Support for Army Component, and Contingency Operations for Active Duty Operation Support for Army Component as qualifying service for the PGIB.
