The challenge of proposed new regulations on methods for cargo loading in 747 aircraft (which fail to advance the publics interest in safety) is causing a shift of this business to foreign carriers.  We continue to work to address that as well.  We are working again with Michigan members in the House and Senate to address concerns that we have with the extension of flight and duty restrictions from scheduled passenger aircraft, to unscheduled cargo aircraft; and also the extension of pilot training requirements for cargo carriers that are unrelated to their work as cargo pilots.  Additionally we are working to have the slots for Kalitta and other U.S. cargo carriers restored in Amsterdam.
